What it does
The parts of a season that live in spreadsheets, forms and group chats today, in the order a season happens.
Before the season
Sign-up
Families register online for the programs you run. Waivers are signed as part of registration, so there’s no stack of paper to collect and no one to chase at the first practice.
Fees can be paid online by card through Stripe, which your club connects once, so nobody has to chase bank transfers.
Building teams
Teams and rosters
Each team has one roster that the club keeps up to date. Coaches and the club see the same list, so nobody is working from last season’s copy.
Every week
The schedule and RSVPs
Practices and games go on one schedule that everyone can see. When something moves, it moves in one place, and there is no old version going around.
Coaches and team managers don’t have to copy the club’s schedule into their own team chat or app. The club sets it once, and every team, coach and family works from the same one.
Families say whether they’re coming. Coaches see the answers before they arrive, instead of counting heads in a group chat.
Nobody has to chase. Athlira sends the RSVP request, reminds only the people who haven’t answered, and sends a last call before the event. Coaches choose the timing, or switch it off.
Game day
Scores and standings
Record the result and the standings update from it. For sports played in sets or innings, such as volleyball, tennis, pickleball, baseball and softball, the score is kept set by set or inning by inning.
It works across sports: soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, tennis, pickleball and more.
And around the season
On your phone
Coaches set up practices, check who’s confirmed and adjust the roster from the sideline. Families sign up, sign waivers and pay in the app, without finding a laptop. Club admins get the full picture on the web as well.
Keeping in touch
Messages about a child always go to their parent. Families have an inbox in Athlira, so a missed email isn’t a missed message.
Clubs choose how each program keeps in touch, from a welcome at registration to reminders along the way.
Getting started
A new volunteer gets a short list of what to set up, in the right order, and it ticks itself off as they go. Before anything goes live, a simple check shows what’s ready and what’s missing, so there are no surprises.
Every sport and activity
Soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, tennis, pickleball and more, and not only sports. Registration comes with the forms each one needs, such as emergency contacts, medical details and consent, so nobody builds them from scratch.
